Inclusive and accessible by design, the Colour Dash is all about making sure everyone can be part of the fun.
Whether you’re pushing a pram, using mobility aids, walking, rolling, or taking it at your own pace — you’re welcome here.
There’s no set distance and no pressure. The course stays open until 1:00pm, so you can do as many (or as few) laps as you like, whenever it feels right for you. You’ll start in white and finish joyfully splashed in vibrant colour along the way.
There’s no racing, no timing, and no “right” way to do it — it’s about movement, fun, and being part of something together.
We kick things off with a mass start at 11:00am, with a group warm-up at 10:40am.
Prefer a quieter start? Jump on the course anytime before 12:00pm.
